Haan, bilkul! Titles aur builder agreements mein transparency ki kami bahut badi problem hai. Mere ek dost ka project Mathura Road pe 2 saal late chal raha hai, and builder is not even giving proper updates. NRI ke liye toh aur headache hai ye.
