₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in 'Top Builders' corridor – is this the real deal or just marketing hype? I'm in Dubai, can't do site visits easily, so relying on you all. Brochures talk about connectivity, but kya actual commute time sahi hai? Traffic kitna hota hai? Builders like Godrej, M3M ke projects yahan hain. How's the ground reality for amenities, power, water? And as an NRI, rental management aur property manager ka scene kaisa hai? Koi hidden issues toh nahi?
