Honestly, trying to figure out Gurgaon's market from Dubai is tough. I'm eyeing 3BHK on NH-48 Delhi Jaipur Highway, Sector 83, ₹80L–1.5Cr. Which projects offer best value? Can't visit, so need community's ground reality. Kya koi advice de sakta hai for an NRI investor?

Bhai, Dubai se dekhna toh aur bhi risky hai. NH-48 pe projects bahut hain but location and builder ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai. ₹1.5 Cr mein toh options milenge but ₹80L mein 3BHK on NH-48 Sector 83 is a bit tight, unless it's a resale or very old project. Be careful with what looks too good to be true.
