Just moved into NS Green Valley a couple months back, and honestly, everyone hypes up the 'luxury amenities' but they're barely functional. The club house is half-empty most days, and that fancy pool is always undergoing 'maintenance'. For ₹2Cr+, I expected better daily utility, not just good-looking brochures. It feels isolated too, not much community vibe yet. Not sure if it's just new society pains or what. Is it just me? Change my mind.

Bhai, NS Green Valley mein connectivity ka kya scene hai? Aapne bola isolated feel ho raha hai. Metro station ya daily convenience stores kitne paas hain? Is it manageable without a car?

Totally felt the same way, yaar! Builder ki marketing aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai. Not just you, many of us are facing this.
