Sector 25 mein NS Promoters ka project liya tha. Possession delayed hai. Everyone glorifies real estate investment, but nobody talks about these delays! Honestly not sure what to do. My parents keep saying cancel kar de. Under-construction mein phas gaya. Is it worth the hassle? Change my mind.
