Nyati Era IV

I've seen so many projects from the inside, but buying for myself is a whole different game. Nyati Era IV, with its ₹59.31 L starting price, has me thinking. On paper, it looks decent, but I know what builders don't tell you. Is this project actually good for daily living, ya sirf brochure mein hi achha hai? Amenities dikhane ke liye bahut hain, but are they genuinely useful and well-maintained? Or just show-pieces after a few years? I'm also worried about the neighborhood – schools for kids, hospitals, daily needs like sabzi mandi. Is the area developed enough for families? Koi resident batao, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Honest opinions please.
