Construction-linked payment plans are the only sensible option for NRIs buying in Noida, change my mind. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits easily, so paying as construction progresses feels safer, especially for projects like Oasis Buildmart in Sector 3, Noida Extension. But even with that, I'm worried about hidden costs. Log bolte hain maintenance, IDC, FFC, utility setup charge sab possession ke time pe pop up karte hain. Does CLPs actually protect against these surprises? Or is it just another way to get you in? Total acquisition cost kitna upar ja sakta hai after stamp duty, registration, and all these extras? Need some real numbers.
