Oberoi coming to Noida? Good or bad?

Guys, I saw this video talking about big builders like Oberoi entering NCR. Since Oberoi is supposedly coming up with something in Noida, what's your take? Will it actually be good for the area, or just drive up prices? Kya lagta hai aap logon ko?
