posted on 7 MayOkay, Ansal Sushant City is just average, despite the price tag.
Ansal Sushant City — everyone talks it up, but I'm not convinced. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 34, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa there. Is the price jump really worth the daily living experience? Honestly, the community vibe seems a bit isolated, not the friendly Chandigarh feel I'm used to. And are the schools and markets truly convenient, or just 'nearby' on a map? I feel like the resale value might not hold up if it's just 'okay' to live in. Disagree? Tell me why.

See, it's not all bad. My cousin lives there, and he finds it quite peaceful and green. The plot sizes are generous, and the overall planning is decent. Yes, amenities took time, but some are coming up now. Resale value might be an issue if you're looking for quick appreciation, but for long-term living, it could be a good bet once fully developed. It's a bit far from the main city, but connectivity is improving with new roads.
Yaar, community vibe ka jo point hai, woh kitna true hai? Kya sach mein isolated feel hota hai? Compare to New Chandigarh, wahan toh thoda hustle-bustle hai, but Sushant City ka experience kaisa hai actually daily life mein? Kids ke liye parks, activity spaces hain kya?
U4, depends on what you are looking for. Agar aapko peace aur open spaces chahiye toh it's good. But for daily convenience like a big supermarket, good cafes, or even proper medical facilities, you still have to drive out towards Chandigarh or even Manimajra. That's the biggest drawback for me, especially for senior citizens or families with small kids.
Haan U4, parks hain but mostly basic wale. Proper sports complex ya club house abhi bhi under construction hi hai.
U4, isolated toh nahi kahunga, but haan, thoda quiet hai. Agar aapko Chandigarh ki bheed pasand hai toh shayad boring lagega. But families ke liye it's peaceful. Kids ke liye parks hain, but not as many activity spaces as you'd find in older, more established sectors.
Bhai, Ansal ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Sushant City mein bhi development slow hai, aur jo amenities promise ki thi, woh abhi tak puri nahi hui hain. Mere ek friend ne wahan plot liya tha 5 saal pehle, abhi tak possession ka kuch khaas nahi hai. Schools aur market toh bas naam ke hain, proper infrastructure nahi hai. Kya faayda itna paisa lagane ka, especially when you can find better options in Mullanpur Garibdass with more assured development?
U7, RERA data toh dekhna padega, but generally Ansal ki projects ka feedback positive nahi hota. Mullanpur mein Omaxe, Eco City jaise projects hain jo better lage mujhe. Sushant City mein connectivity acchi hai, but daily needs ke liye andar hi depend karna padta hai, jo abhi bhi under-developed hai. Plus, current market conditions mein, buyers are very cautious about projects with delays.
U3, woh Mullanpur Garibdass mein kaunse projects ki baat kar rahe ho? Aur Ansal mein possession delay kitna common hai, is there any RERA complaint data on this?
Exactly! Builder ne phir se date extend kar di lol. Same story everywhere.
Haan bhai, price toh sabse bada issue hai. Sector 34 se upgrade karna hai but itna jump samajh nahi aa raha.
Totally agree with the post! I visited Ansal Sushant City last month, and the vibe felt a bit off. For the price they're asking, I expected more developed infrastructure and a livelier community. It feels like a big township still trying to find its feet.
