Old City property: Is the investment hype real, ya just talk?

Old City mein property prices ka kya scene hai? Everyone talks about its heritage, but investment potential kitna hai truly? I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK here, but seems like prices are way too high for the actual facilities. Appreciation milega kya 3-5 saal mein, ya just sentiment hai? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Old City mein prices toh aasman chhoo rahe hain, especially for a 3BHK. Heritage value apni jagah hai, but as a first-time buyer, it feels like I'm paying a premium for history rather than actual modern amenities. Mujhko toh lagta hai appreciation bahut slow hoga, ya fir limited hi hoga.
