₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Old Gurgaon — is this really the market rate now? Just got possession from Bricksquare last month. My broker said 'best price' but now I'm wondering if there are still any 'price correction zones' in Old Gurgaon. Matlab, where can one still find underpriced assets? Or broker se deal karna always risky hota hai?
