Older Bangalore homes: Is anyone actually buying these?

My kids moved out, selling our big Chamrajpet house. The resale market for older, larger properties in Bangalore feels dead, yaar. Everyone talks new projects, but selling an old 3BHK is tough. Are buyers only after new, compact 2BHKs? Change my mind.

Totally agree, yaar! We're looking for a 2BHK in South Bangalore, and everything old feels so overpriced for the condition. Builders are pushing new compact units like hotcakes. Who wants an old house with maintenance issues, even if it's bigger? My budget is already stretched and can't handle immediate renovations.

Same here! We saw a place near Agrahara Layout, 3BHK, huge plot, but it needed so much work. Asking price was crazy for that condition.
