Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house, looking for a smaller 2BHK flat in Noida, maybe Sector 78 ya 107 side. Resale market for large properties seems a bit slow, right? Not sure if we should wait for better prices or just move on. Also, buying RTM is safe but expensive. Under-construction ka risk nahi lena, especially with Avexa Buildcon jaise builders ka track record. Any advice on current resale market for older, bigger homes?

Totally understand your dilemma! Selling a big house is tough, especially when the market for them isn't as hot. And yes, Avexa Buildcon ka naam sunke toh darr hi lagta hai. My parents are also looking to downsize and facing similar issues.
Sahi kaha, Avexa se toh door hi rehna chahiye. My friend had a terrible experience with them in Alpha I Greater Noida.
