Older, larger flats are tough sells now
25 saal ka ghar hai, ab kids move out ho gaye. Don't need such a big place anymore. Humara current 4BHK bechna mushkil ho raha hai, market mein demand kam lag rahi for older, larger units. Noida mein koi compact 2BHK ya 3BHK dekh raha hoon, low maintenance wala, good society aur lift ke saath. Sector 78 ya 137 mein Godrej Properties ya ATS ke projects kaise hain? Kya unke resale market mein liquidity sahi hai for future? Aur agar abhi hum apna bada ghar sell karke chhota flat lein, toh kya timing sahi hai given the current market? Log Jewar Airport ki baat kar rahe hain, par kya usse older properties ki resale value bhi badhegi? Ya sirf naye projects ka hi fayda hoga? Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki older large flats bechna kitna tough hai?

Totally agree with the post! Hum bhi apna 3BHK bechna chahte hain, par buyer mil hi nahi raha. Lagta hai sabko ab chhota aur naya hi chahiye.
Same here! Hum bhi Sector 120 mein apna 3BHK bechne ki soch rahe hain. Buyers sirf naye flats aur societies mein interest dikha rahe hain. Old construction ko koi dekhna bhi nahi chahta, they just want modern amenities and finishes.
