We moved in about a year ago, primarily for the amenities and the promise of a safe environment for our kids. But the maintenance charges are just ridiculous now, over ₹7000 for a 3BHK, and I don't see the value. The security guards change constantly, and the CCTV system feels more for show than actual monitoring. My wife's always worried about the kids playing outside, and I'm not confident the visitor management is solid. We were told about top-notch facilities, but the lifts are always breaking down, and getting a response from the maintenance team takes ages. Is this common? Did anyone else face similar issues post-possession? What did you do to get better service for your money?

Investing in super-luxury completed projects like Olympia Enchante is a total trap for ROI. Iska price launch se kitna move kiya hai, honestly? Itne high ticket size mein resale market kitna liquid hai? Kahin investor ratio high hoke ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? Capital appreciation ka potential kya hai, ya sab overvalued hai abhi? Change my mind.
