U5, delays are a real pain. Mera ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, builder ne 3 saal late kar diya. Mera toh yahi advice hai ki agar builder ka track record clear nahi hai, toh mat jaao. Especially for an upcoming project with no RERA. Swastik ka reputation thoda better suna hai as compared to other new builders.
