Is Omaxe Celestia Royal's clubhouse actually used, or just for show? I'm currently in a 2BHK in a Chandigarh area, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa there. Brochure mein toh kaafi amenities dikhate hain, like a big gym, pool, kids play area... but real mein kitna functional hota hai sab kuch? Aur maintenance charges kitne hain, aur kya uske badle mein service quality worth it hai? Already have a home loan, so har extra cost matters a lot. The price jump for a 3BHK seems massive. Is the premium for these promised amenities actually justified for daily living? Yaar, just want to know if it genuinely feels like a home, not just an expensive flat.

Bhai, amenities ka promise toh har builder karta hai. My cousin booked in New Chandigarh, builder ne possession extend kar diya 2 baar. Omaxe Celestia Royal ka RERA status toh 'Ongoing' dikha raha hai, but possession date 2028 hai, which is quite far. Be careful with these long timelines, especially if you're on a tight budget and relying on timely possession.
