Does Omaxe Celestia Royal's initial construction quality lead to higher long-term maintenance costs for investors? From my experience, poor build means more seepage, fitting issues down the line. This directly impacts rental yield and tenant retention. I'm looking at the lifecycle cost, not just initial premium. Kya maintenance charges justify the actual service? Or are we paying for constant repairs due to shoddy work?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! This is exactly my biggest fear. Omaxe Celestia Royal looks good on paper, but if the build quality is shoddy, we'll be stuck paying for endless repairs. The RERA number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885,PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879 gives some assurance, but what good is RERA if the actual construction is sub-par? Possession date is 2028-01-01, that's still so far, makes you wonder what shortcuts they might take.
