Initial capital appreciation jo expect kar raha tha, woh bhi ab doubt mein hai. Matlab, what's the point of investing early if possession hi nahi mil raha? Agar ye aur late hua, rental yield aur resale value pe bhi asar padega. Kisi aur ne Omaxe ke projects mein same issues face kiye hain? Kya lagta hai, actual delivery kab tak hogi?

The initial excitement and the projected rental income, sab zero ho gaya. Sahi kaha U2. Builders often over-promise. Always check their past projects' delivery timelines and financial health before booking. Initial discount ke chakkar mein log फस जाते हैं, but long-term mein nuksaan ho jaata hai.
U9, it was Omaxe New Chandigarh. Not Celestia, but a different residential phase. But the builder is the same, and the issues seem to be consistent. That's why I'm so hesitant about Celestia Royal now.

U2, absolutely! My experience with another builder in Manimajra was similar. Booked a 2BHK in 2019, was promised 2022 possession. Abhi tak interior work bhi poora nahi hua hai. They keep giving vague excuses. The worst part is, I could have put that money in a fixed deposit and earned more, with no stress. Now I'm stuck paying EMI for a non-existent home.

U1, haan RERA pe bhi updated hai. The RERA number for Omaxe Celestia Royal is PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885 and PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879. The official possession date is now 2028-01-01. So, jo OP bol raha hai, it's not just a rumour, it's official.
