Spent last week researching Omaxe Celestia Royal for investment, being in Dubai. Everyone talks about amenities, but I think elevator quality and maintenance response are severely underrated. Poor lifts are a huge tenant deterrent and impact long-term value. Is it just me, or do builders cut corners here? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post
Sahi keh rahe ho. But Omaxe is a big name, don't they have a reputation to uphold? I heard their projects in New Chandigarh are decent. Maybe it's just this specific project that has these issues? What's the RERA status for this one, Omaxe Celestia Royal?
Big name doesn't always mean big quality, bhai. My uncle had similar issues with Omaxe in another city. Lifts were always a problem.
Haan, naam toh hai, but track record varies a lot. The RERA number for Celestia Royal is PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885,PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879. But RERA registration alone doesn't guarantee timely delivery or quality. My friend had issues even with a fully RERA-registered project, maintenance was a nightmare.
Absolutely! It's not just elevators, even basic plumbing and electricals get overlooked. My cousin bought a flat near Manimajra, and the lift was constantly breaking down. Imagine living on the 10th floor and having to use stairs with groceries! Builders promise the moon but deliver bare minimum. Especially with Omaxe Celestia Royal, given its ongoing status and the 2028 possession date, I worry they'll rush things. Quality control is a huge concern for me as a first-time buyer.
