My kids' school admission is due next year and we were counting on moving into Omaxe Celestia Royal by then. Builder ne bola tha possession 2.5 saal mein ho jayegi, but abhi tak kuch final nahi hai. Mera loan EMI bhi start ho gaya hai aur rent bhi de raha hu. Pata nahi aur kitna wait karna padega. Jin logon ko recently possession mila hai, unka experience kaisa raha? Did you face similar delays ya fir kuch hidden charges bhi aaye at the end? Also, jo amenities brochure mein dikhaaye the, woh sab functional hain ya just for show? Wife is worried about the play area for kids, is it safe for the children ya bas naam ka hai?

Mere ek friend ne Omaxe New Chandigarh mein liya tha, amenities saare brochure mein bade-bade dikhaye the but jab possession mili toh swimming pool aur clubhouse bas naam ke the, functional hone mein saalon lag gaye. Kids play area bhi under construction hi rehta tha hamesha. Aapki wife ki concern bilkul valid hai, especially for Celestia Royal.
