Visited Omaxe Celestia Royal site. Builder claims full power backup and constant water. As an investor, I know marketing spin. What's the real ground reality for power and water? Tenant retention depend karta hai.

PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885 aur PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879 ye numbers hain Celestia Royal ke, but RERA sirf possession date monitor karta hai, utility services ki quality kaun dekhega?
Haan, mere Mullanpur Garibdass wale project mein bhi Omaxe ne starting mein full backup bola tha. Abhi toh generator chalta hai 4-5 ghante din mein bas, aur uske charges alag se lete hain. Water supply bhi kabhi-kabhi irregular ho jaati hai.
