Yaar, ye toh builders ki common trick hai. Full flat backup bolte hain, par agreement mein sirf common areas. Kids ki online classes aur studies ke liye toh full backup chahiye hi. Agar light jaati hai toh sab ruk jaata hai. I was seriously considering Omaxe Celestia Royal, but this kind of ambiguity is a huge red flag for first-time buyers like us.
