25 saal se bade ghar mein hain, ab kids move out ho gaye. Omaxe Celestia Royal Chandigarh mein 2BHK ya small 3BHK dekh rahe. Online floor plans theek hain, par actual carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Rooms functional hain ya waste space zyada? Quiet living ke liye sahi hai kya? Maintenance charges kya rehte hain monthly?

Actually, I visited the site last month. The sample flat for 2BHK was decent, felt quite spacious for a small family. And being in New Chandigarh,
Bhai, Omaxe Celestia Royal ka naam toh suna hai, but floor plans online dekh ke lagta hai ki space utilization utni achi nahi hai. Especially 2BHK mein, balconies aur common areas mein hi space chali jaati hai. Quiet living ka toh pata nahi, construction abhi chal rahi hai, 2028 tak toh bahut shor hoga. Hum toh bade ghar se chote mein shift ho rahe hain, functional space waste nahi kar sakte.
Haan, functional space bahut important hai. Waste space means extra cost per sqft for nothing. Maintenance charges bhi high honge for a project like this.
Totally agree! Rooms felt really small. Main Manimajra mein ek project dekh raha tha, wahan better options mile the budget mein.
