Is pre-launch pricing for Omaxe projects in Dwarka always like this? Book kiya tha ₹1.8 Cr pe for a 3BHK, ab suddenly PLC, OC, GST sab add ho gaya hai. My budget was strict, ab ₹2Cr cross kar gaya. Matlab, yeh 'early bird discount' sirf dikhawa hai? Did anyone else get hit with these hidden charges?
