Omaxe Gardenia Floors Chandigarh: Real resident experience please?
Visited Omaxe Gardenia Floors last weekend. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting; landlord increased rent again, so finally taking the plunge. The flats seem okay, but amenities ki reality kya hai? Pool aur gym toh dikhate hain, but daily use mein kitne kaam ke hain? Also, neighborhood kaisa hai, schools aur markets paas mein hain kya? What about monthly maintenance charges? Jo log yahan rehte hain, please share, is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? Your honest opinions would help a lot.

Is the quoted price inclusive of everything, like PLC, car parking, club membership, or will there be many add-ons later? Builders often hide these costs.
The market in Chandigarh and its surrounding areas is crazy right now. Prices have shot up everywhere, even in places like Rasulpur. For ₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr, you could potentially look at some resale options in more established sectors, maybe even a plot in Saini Majra, though that's a bit further out. New projects like Omaxe Gardenia are betting on future development, but that comes with its own risks. Are these prices justified by the current infrastructure?
U7, you're absolutely right. Manimajra is almost unaffordable now for a new buyer. It feels like we're always chasing prices. These new projects are the only 'affordable' entry points, but then you have to deal with the waiting game and builder issues.
I visited Gardenia Floors last month. The sample flat looked good, and the amenities like the pool and gym were impressive on display. But the main post asks a good question: are they actually usable daily? Sometimes these things are just for show. Also, did anyone ask about the monthly maintenance charges? Builders often quote a low figure initially, then it shoots up.
Be careful guys. Omaxe ka track record Chandigarh mein mixed reviews wala hai. I remember reading about delays in their other projects. And Gardenia Floors ka possession date 2027-07-01 hai, that's still so far away! Who knows what the market will be like then, or if they'll even deliver on time. My friend booked with another builder in Mullanpur Garibdass and is still waiting after 6 years.
U3, you're right to be cautious. Builder reputation is everything. I always check the RERA number. For Omaxe Gardenia Floors, it's PBRERA-SAS80-PR0839. Has anyone actually gone through the RERA documents for this project? Sometimes the fine print reveals a lot.
Hey everyone, U1 here. That post about Omaxe Gardenia Floors really hit home. My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm seriously considering buying. The project looks good on paper, but I'm super nervous about the actual daily life there. Price range ₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr seems a bit high for a first-time buyer like me. Is it really worth it for that price? What about hidden costs?
Totally understand your pain, U1! Renting is just throwing money away. I'm looking at similar options. At ₹1.2 Cr, what kind of flat are we talking about there, 2BHK or 3BHK? Carpet area kitna mil raha hai?
