Omaxe Gardenia Floors: Is the daily living premium justified?

Since March I've been seriously looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 44. Omaxe Gardenia Floors looks good on paper, but I'm honestly not sure if the ₹1.20 Cr+ price tag is justified for daily life. I already have a home loan, so this jump needs to make sense. For current residents, how's the actual layout and carpet area efficiency? Does it feel genuinely spacious for a 3BHK, or are the rooms a bit compromised? What about the community vibe there? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? And the immediate neighbourhood – how convenient is it for schools, hospitals, and daily markets? Is it worth the premium for the actual living experience, or is it just good on brochures?
