Omaxe Gardenia loan approvals are concerning
My Power of Attorney setup is almost done, but I'm completely stuck on builder choice for Chandigarh. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections easily. I'm looking at Omaxe Gardenia Floors and Altus Ecoglades. My biggest concern is which builder has better financial standing. I heard some banks are hesitant to approve loans for certain projects, which makes me nervous about financial risk, especially for an investment property. Are banks easily approving home loans for Omaxe Gardenia or Altus Ecoglades? Does anyone have experience with this? What about their RERA compliance affecting loan approvals? I need a property manager later, so stability is crucial. Any insight on bank tie-ups or approvals for these projects would be very helpful.
