My friend booked in an Omaxe project near Mullanpur Garibdass a few years back, aur usko bhi 2 saal late mila. I'm worried about the same for Gardenia. Kya humein builders pe itna trust karna chahiye?

True, U6. Mere ek cousin ne Omaxe ki property li thi New Chandigarh mein, 2018 mein. Possession 2020 ka tha, mila 2022 end mein. Amenities bhi saari functional nahi thi initially, took another 6 months to get everything running. And the promised club house? It's still not fully up to mark. So, take all promises with a pinch of salt.
