Any actual residents (if any from previous phases) who can share photos or videos of the common areas post-possession? Brochure photos are always misleading. Ya phir koi site visit kiya ho, toh batao build quality kaisi lagi? Main bahut soch raha hoon book karne ka, but darr lag raha hai.
Site visit pe main bhi gaya tha last month. Construction speed toh theek lag rahi thi. But main concern hai ki jab 2027 mein possession milega, tab tak material quality maintain karte hain ya cut corners karte hain. Builders ka trend hai, last phase mein quality drop kar dete hain. Koi bata sakta hai ki Omaxe ka track record kaisa raha hai past projects mein on finish, especially in this price segment?
Photos toh nahi, but ek relative ne visit kiya tha. Structure wise toh theek laga, but finishing work par abhi doubt hai. Abhi toh under construction hai na, toh final finish dekhna padega. They are focusing on speed more than finesse right now, it seems.

New Chandigarh mein bahut options hain, is price mein. But Omaxe ka naam sunke thoda trust aata hai, bas quality delivery pe doubt hai. RERA number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0839 hai, toh at least legal framework toh hai.
Uski price range ₹1.2 Cr se ₹1.7 Cr tak hai. High end pe lag raha hai for the current market conditions. Aur delay ka toh inka track record hai hi.

Totally agree. Brochure photos are always misleading. I'm also a first-time buyer and super nervous about build quality. Specially with such a long possession date (2027-07-01), the builder has ample time to cut corners. Any actual site visit experience from anyone here? ₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr is a big investment for hidden issues.
