Visited Omaxe Gardenia Floors recently, and honestly, even being in real estate, buying for myself feels different. I'm trying to see past the marketing. Heard about some RERA orders for delays too, makes me extra cautious. For current residents, how's the water supply? Is it reliable 24/7 or is tanker dependency an issue, especially with tank capacity? Also, is the power backup full flat or just common areas? Really need genuine user experiences here.
