Omaxe Gardenia: What they don't tell you about living costs

₹1.20 Cr for an Omaxe Gardenia floor felt fine initially. Just moved in last month, and the maintenance charges are way higher than promised. They quoted ₹3/sqft, but it's closer to ₹5/sqft now, plus extra for parking and club. Is this normal? Feeling totally misled. Did anyone else face this after moving into Gardenia?

Yaar, I'm feeling exactly the same tension! Hum bhi Omaxe Gardenia mein interest le rahe the, ₹1.2 Cr price range sunke laga ki theek hai for a first home. But yeh maintenance charges ka scene sunke toh darr lag raha hai. Builder log hamesha aise hidden costs rakhte hain kya? Meri toh budget puri bigad jayegi agar ₹5/sqft hua toh! Yeh toh seedha-seedha dhoka hai.
