Our current house is too much to manage now, kids have moved out so we're looking for a compact flat. Omaxe Gardenia Floors Chandigarh mein dekh rahe hain. Price range theek lag raha hai, but main concern hai society ka vibe aur maintenance. Jo log wahan rehte hain, community friendly hai? Ya sab apne mein hi rehte hain? Hospitals kitne paas hain? Humhein thoda quiet aur easy-going mahol chahiye. Kya yeh wahan milega? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Any honest opinions would be great.

Maintenance charges ke liye aapko builder se confirm karna padega, usually ₹3-5 per sq ft hota hai. But haan, quiet community toh tabhi hogi jab occupancy achhi ho aur log ek doosre se mingle karein. Mere friend ne Mullanpur Garibdass mein liya tha, wahan bhi shuru mein dead silence thi.

Omaxe Gardenia? Hmm, 'quiet community' sounds like a marketing pitch to me. Builder ka track record dekh lo pehle. Prices ₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.7 Cr for an ongoing project are high, especially with possession in 2027. Kaafi late hai yaar. Chandigarh mein aur options bhi hain, Manimajra side dekh sakte ho.
