Omaxe India Trade Centre mein green areas bas naam ke hain, resale value pe impact hoga. Security systems bhi average lage. Kya tenant attract honge aise? Maintenance high hai, par quality zero. Frustrating hai yaar.

Dekho, har project mein kuch na kuch issues hote hain. Lekin Omaxe India Trade Centre ka issue agar basic amenities like green cover aur security se related hai toh that's a big red flag. Kya kisi ne builder se directly baat ki hai is baare mein? Ya koi residents' association bana hai jo in issues ko address kar raha ho? Pata chale ki sirf complain karne se kuch nahi hoga.
Meri cousin ne Alpha II mein ek commercial space liya tha, wahan bhi green space kaafi kam tha. Mujhe laga tha Omaxe India Trade Centre better hoga, but lagta hai yahan bhi same story hai. Tenant attract karna mushkil hoga phir toh.
Omaxe ka track record waise bhi mixed reviews wala hai. UPRERAPRJ6205 hai iska RERA number. Noida mein market already slow hai, upar se aise projects mein invest karna risky lagta hai, especially jab green areas aur security mein compromise ho.

Haan bhai, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Is project ka price range ₹3 L se ₹4.1 Cr tak hai, jo ki kaafi broad hai. Is range mein bhi agar basic quality nahi mil rahi, toh fayda kya? Lagta hai sirf naam ka ITC hai.
