Omega II Greater Noida — I'm seriously considering a 2BHK here, budget around ₹75-80L. Prices yahan ke seem quite high, are they actually justified? Kya yahan negotiation room milta hai, ya mostly fixed rate hi chalta hai? Honestly not sure. Daily commute ka kya scene hai towards Noida Sec 18? Traffic kitna hota hai peak hours mein? Aur real living experience, is it peaceful ya bohot crowded rehta hai? Koi resident hai yahan se toh please share your insights. I'm a first-time buyer and really confused.
