Omega II mein flat ka hidden kharcha kitna hota hai?

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the total cost of my flat in Omega II. Just moved into my SS Buildcon project last month, aur possession process ne dikha diya kitna hidden kharcha hota hai. I thought pre-launch price pe buy karke I'd get a great deal, especially with all the Jewar airport hype around Greater Noida. But then all-in cost dekha toh it was property price + stamp duty + registration + PLC + parking + maintenance. Matlab, jo pre-launch discount mila, woh baad mein PLC aur other charges mein adjust ho gaya. Was that just my experience, ya sabke saath aisa hota hai? What was your experience with pre-launch pricing vs open market rates in Noida? Aur construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment?
