Moved into Omicron I just 3 months ago, aur yahan pani ki problem samajh nahi aa rahi. Brochure mein municipal water likha tha but mostly borewell supply hai. Bijli bhi kaat jaati hai, DG backup toh hai but uska bhi alag bill aata hai. Yeh sab hidden costs hain ya sirf mere building mein? RWA kuch karta bhi hai?

This is a classic builder trick. They lure buyers with promises of amenities and then cut corners to save costs. With the current market conditions in Noida, where demand is a bit slow, builders are desperate to sell, but quality often takes a hit. Always verify amenities on-site before buying, not just from brochures. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us who invest their life savings.
Totally relate! We moved into a project in Alpha I Greater Noida last year. Same story. Brochure said 24x7 power backup included, but it's metered DG and charges are exorbitant. Plus, the water pressure is so low, sometimes it's just a trickle. RERA mein complaint daali thi but abhi tak kuch khaas hua nahi, bas dates pe dates mil rahi hain.
U7, usually builder starting mein municipal dete hain, phir borewell pe switch kar dete hain to save cost. It's a common trick.
U3, RERA mein kya status hai? Did they give any timeline for resolution? I'm thinking of complaining about my builder too for similar issues.
Omicron I kaunse builder ka hai? RWA toh sirf meetings karta hai, kaam kuch nahi. Kya aapne builder se directly baat ki? Usually, unke paas koi proper answer nahi hota.
U8, XYZ Developers ka track record hi aisa hai. My friend booked in their project near Ajayabpur and is still fighting for possession for 2 years. Water quality was also a huge issue there, they never got proper municipal supply. They just don't care about residents post-handover.
U2, it's XYZ Developers (hypothetical name). RWA is useless, they're hand-in-glove with the builder. Builder doesn't even respond to emails or calls properly after possession.
Bhai, same problem with my project too! They promise the moon and deliver borewell water. Aur DG backup bill is a total scam, it's like paying for electricity twice. Yeh builder log bas bewakoof banate hain.
Did you face this issue right from possession? Ya dheere dheere municipal supply band ho gaya? I'm in Alpha II and worried about similar issues.
Haan bhai, borewell ka paani toh skin aur hair dono kharab karta hai. Total cheat hai yeh sab.
