Omicron I: What's the real deal with payment plans?
Omicron I, Greater Noida – visited a few projects there last month. My wife’s priority is a safe 3BHK for our kids, near a good school. We saw a Saha Groupe project, they were offering a construction-linked plan. But some other builders are pushing for 20:80 or even 10:90 plans. Honestly, not sure if that’s smart; sounds risky agar project delay ho jaye. Noida Authority ne land rates bhi badhaye hain, toh future pricing ka tension hai. Heard about pre-launch deals too. Is it really cheaper or just a marketing gimmick? Mera ek friend ko discount mila tha, but possession mein 2 saal extra lag gaye. What's the actual catch with these payment plans? Aur pre-launch mein kitna real saving hota hai? Has anyone here bought recently in Omicron I with these plans?
