posted on 4 MayOmson Nature Valley: Is it genuinely a good home?
Moved into my 3BHK in Omson Nature Valley three months ago, and honestly, still figuring things out. The brochure looked great, but I'm wondering if it's genuinely good for daily living or just good on paper. Things like local markets or decent schools nearby are still a bit of a mystery. The society vibe feels a bit quiet... not sure if it's just new or if people keep to themselves. Also, those maintenance charges? What are others actually paying monthly for their apartments? My bill felt a bit high last month. Is it consistent? Would love to hear from other residents on their first-hand experience here. Is it really worth it?

Okay, let's be fair here. Omson Nature Valley does have some good points, like decent construction quality for the initial phases and the green spaces. But yes, local markets, schools, and overall social infrastructure take time to develop around new projects. It's a trade-off. Maybe visit the area during peak hours, like evening or weekend, to see if the 'quiet' vibe changes. Also, check out the nearby Alistonia Estate for comparison, sometimes you find better deals or developed areas there. It's a big decision, so take your time. What did you decide to do finally?
Builder promises aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai, yaar. Happens everywhere! Maintenance charges toh badhenge hi, it's a given. Just brace yourself.
OP, I feel you. I almost booked a unit here too. The price range (₹16 L – ₹1.4 Cr) is so wide, it makes you wonder what you're actually getting. My relative had a really bad experience with possession delays with another builder in Ajayabpur, so I was super cautious. Omson's possession date was Aug 2023, but many of my friends who booked there are still waiting for finishing touches. They said the initial units were delivered, but the remaining phases are slower. Did you get your unit on time, or was there a delay? That 'quiet' vibe could be because many owners are still waiting to move in.
U2, you mentioned the wide price range. Aapne kaunsa unit type dekha tha, 2BHK ya 3BHK? Budget-conscious hone ki wajah se, yeh clarity bahut zaroori hai ki kis price point pe kya mil raha hai. Kya aapko laga ki value for money hai?
Hey, maybe it's too early to judge! New societies often take time to build a community vibe. Plus, the area around Omson Nature Valley is developing really fast. I've heard property values in this belt, especially near Alpha I Greater Noida, are set to appreciate significantly in the next 2-3 years. So, investment-wise, it might be a good call. Give it some time!
Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Brochure mein toh sab dream jaisa lagta hai, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Main bhi Omson Nature Valley ka ek 3BHK book karne wala tha last year, but then saw the 'ONGOING' status on RERA (UPRERAPRJ4675) and got confused. Aap kaise move in ho gaye if it's still ongoing? Did you get possession on time, like around Aug 2023? Aur yeh maintenance charges ka toh sach mein headache hai. My friend in another society pays double what was promised. Is the society really that quiet, or is it just because a lot of units are still empty?
Exactly! U11 sahi keh rahe ho. Maintenance charges are a huge hidden cost. Mera bhi similar experience raha hai, initially they quote low but then it just keeps creeping up every quarter. Builder bolte hain amenities upgrade ho rahi hain, but nothing really changes on ground. It's a common tactic, unfortunately. Budget pura hil jaata hai isse.
