Is Omson Nature Valley truly a good daily living option for older couples? My kids have moved out, so I'm looking to sell our big house and want something manageable, maybe a 2 BHK there. The brochures look nice, but I'm worried about actual society life and maintenance charges. What's the real story with hospitals nearby? Is it genuinely quiet, or just on paper? What do current residents pay monthly for maintenance?

Did a site visit to Omson Nature Valley last month, fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya yaar. I'm looking at it for investment, but honestly, real rental yield kitna hai?
