Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading. Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 completed hai, aur 4S abhi ongoing. Kya ongoing projects like 4S mein total cost of ownership zyada ho jaati hai later on? And 5 saal mein kaunsa better investment hoga for appreciation?

Haan bhai, ongoing mein toh cost escalation ka risk rehta hi hai. Especially agar material prices badh gaye ya labor
