Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Gurgaon. 3B Corner Hub looks interesting for investment, but its resale potential kya hai? Ongoing project hai, OC kab tak milega? Totally agree. 16 units only? High investor ratio almost guaranteed. Resale tough. Gurgaon market already correcting.
