₹60k rent every month for years, ab bas ho gaya. Finally looking to invest, not just live. Seen a few projects, Sterling Ascentia bhi list mein hai. I'm wondering, green areas aur actual open spaces kitne important hain for resale value and attracting good tenants? Builders show fancy renders, but real-world maintenance aur usability ka kya scene hai? Aur clubhouse facilities, are they actually used everyday ya just show-off hai? Does it really push premium pricing or just add to EMI? What's your experience, especially long-term?
