Just moved into Optus Abode, Sector 24, possession was in March. Honestly, the final 'all-in cost' was quite a shocker. They quote one price, but phir stamp duty, registration, PLC for a higher floor, parking... sab add ho jaata hai. Mera 3BHK jo ₹1.8 Cr bola tha, almost ₹2.05 Cr tak pahunch gaya. Builders also play so many games with super area vs carpet area, felt like I paid for extra air. Should I have pushed for a better deal on the PLC during booking? Also, construction-linked payment plan was okay, but I wonder if an early down payment plan would've saved more. What's the scene with others? Did you find any surprising costs post-booking in Gurgaon?
