My lease ends in 4 months and I'm fed up of renting. Landlord just raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at Orris Carnation Residency, but I'm worried about the amenities. Brochure mein toh sab dikha dete hain, but real mein kitna use hota hai? Especially the clubhouse aur sports facilities. Are they actually maintained and used daily ya bas showpiece hain? Aur kids play area ka kya haal hai? Is it safe and usable, ya bas ek chhota sa corner? EMI vs rent math is clear, but I need to know if the lifestyle matches.

Totally understand your frustration, yaar. Landlords ki toh baat hi alag hai. Orris Carnation Residency mein amenities ka doubt valid hai. Brochure mein swimming pool aur gym toh bade dikhte hain, but kya actual mein clean aur functional hote hain? Especially for kids, safety is paramount. Kya kisi ne personally dekha hai kids play area wahan ka? Meri bhi same concern hai.
