Orris Carnation families: Play area experiences?

Been looking 6 months. Currently 2BHK, eyeing Orris Carnation 3BHK. Is their children's play area actually usable, safe, or just a token inclusion? Is the premium justified for that?

Orris Carnation? Bhai, that project is quite old na? Possession 2014 ka hai. Play area ka toh pata nahi, but us time ke projects mein usually basic amenities hi hoti thi. ₹90 L – ₹1.7 Cr for an old property... is that really justified? I'm also looking for a 3BHK but in newer projects near Badshahpur.
