Honestly, buying for myself is a completely different ballgame than selling for others. I've seen all the marketing spin. Ab main Orris Greenopolis mein investment dekh raha hoon. Long-term construction quality se resale value pe impact aata hai. What visible issues at under-construction sites did you notice that later became big maintenance headaches?
