Honestly, I'm completely lost with this Gurgaon property search, especially looking at Orris Greenopolis. As an investor, I'm trying to figure out how much things like parking allocation and security systems actually affect long-term rental and resale value. I've heard stories about parking being a nightmare and security just for show in some places. Is parking reserved or lottery-based there? Are the CCTVs and guards effective, or just a checkbox amenity? What's your real-world experience, does it really impact tenant attraction?

Bhai, Orris Greenopolis ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Builder ka track record theek nahi hai, aur parking toh Gurgaon mein har jagah issue hai. 1.1 Cr se 2.3 Cr tak ki range mein, itna risk lena worth it hai kya? Mujhe toh lagta hai security aur parking dono hi important hain, especially agar rental pe dena hai.
