Our big house is too much now — thinking Antriksh Heights
Antriksh Heights — kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house. My wife and I need something manageable, compact, with good society vibes. This project looks promising on paper but wanted a reality check. For those living there, is it genuinely a good place for daily life for an older couple? Matlab, noise levels, air quality, neighbours kaise hain wahan? Also, a big concern is the maintenance charges. What do residents actually pay monthly? Is it reasonable ya kaafi high for the amenities offered? And how easy is hospital access from there? We don't want to be too far from good medical facilities. Plus, society mein community feel hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Any advice on the actual livability and total cost would be very helpful. Thinking of selling our current property soon.

Dekho, every society has its pros and cons. Antriksh Heights is a completed project, so you save yourself from construction delays, which is a big plus. Location is decent, not too far from Bad
Hospital access is a major point for me too, like U1 mentioned. My grandmother needs frequent visits. How far are the good multi-speciality hospitals from Antriksh Heights, really? And is there any senior citizen's group or activity within the society? Community feel is very important for mental well-being, especially for older people.
Senior citizen groups hain but they are informal. Log park mein milte hain, walk karte hain. Organized activities are rare. Community feel theek hai, but you have to make an effort to connect. Price range (₹99 L – ₹2.3 Cr) seems a bit high for what it offers in terms of integrated community life.
Good hospitals like Medanta and Artemis are about 15-20 minutes drive, depending on traffic. Not too far, but not walking distance either.
Builder ka track record bhi dekhna chahiye. Antriksh group ki kuch projects mein delays hue hain, though this one is completed, which is a relief. But for future maintenance and upkeep, builder ka commitment important hai. I visited a friend in Basai, and wahan ek project mein same builder ne maintenance baad mein neglect kar diya tha. This project, UPRERAPRJ10833, has 1120 units, which is a pretty large society. Large societies can sometimes have issues with managing common funds and resources efficiently. Just something to consider.
True, large societies often struggle with RWA management. Plus, with current market conditions, many builders are cutting corners. Be very careful with the fine print in maintenance agreements.
Basai wala project kaisa tha? Kya issues aaye the wahan exactly? Details mile toh helpful hoga, we are also considering a project by them.
Sahi kaha, builder ka reputation bahut matter karta hai, especially for older projects.
Hey, I've also been looking at Antriksh Heights for my in-laws! It seemed like a good option for downsizing. The project is COMPLETED, so at least no possession delays. What about the amenities? Kids ke liye parks hain ya sirf swimming pool aur gym hi hai? Aur security kaisi hai wahan?
Antriksh Heights? My parents are also thinking of downsizing, so I'm researching for them. This post really hits home! For an older couple, noise levels and air quality are super important. Kya wahan sach mein shanti hai ya highway ka shor aata rehta hai? And the big one: maintenance charges! Maine suna hai builders shuru mein kam batate hain but baad mein skyrocket ho jaate hain. Jo log rehte hain, please batao actual monthly maintenance kitna aata hai aur amenities ke hisaab se theek hai ya nahi? Also, hospital access kitna easy hai? Meri mom ko regular check-ups ki zaroorat padti hai.
Mai khud wahan rehta hoon pichle 2 saal se. Maintenance charges around ₹3.5-4 per sq ft hain, which for an older project with decent amenities like pool and gym, I'd say is on the higher side but not entirely unreasonable. Community feel ki baat karein toh, it's pretty mixed. Older couples, young families, sab hain. Festivals mein log participate karte hain but daily basis pe sab apne-apne mein rehte hain. Hospital access jaise pehle bhi bataya, good hospitals are a short drive away. Overall, livability is okay, but not exceptional for the price range of ₹99 L – ₹2.3 Cr.
Noise levels are generally fine inside the society, but yes, jo units Airport Road ki taraf face karte hain, wahan thoda traffic ka sound aata hai. Air quality is decent, not perfect, but better than main city areas. Hospital ke liye Artimis ya Medanta tak 15-20 min lag jaate hain, depending on traffic.
Maintenance charges are a huge red flag everywhere these days. Totally agree with your concern, bhai. Builders ka toh alag hi scene hai.
