₹52 lakh is our top budget for a 3BHK in Noida Extension, and Evermark Provica Dream Valley looks okay on paper. We're upgrading for our growing family, so school proximity and a safe neighborhood are huge. My wife's priority is a friendly community vibe for the kids. How's the actual livability there? Are the noise levels manageable? Also, what's the real carpet area efficiency like? It's hard to tell from brochures. Wondering if it's genuinely good for daily family life.
